There, you will fill out your personal details and delivery options, indicate your membership status and, of course, list your dozen bottles of wines for order. By hitting the SUBMIT button all information is then emailed to Wine Supply and taken as an order. You will then receive a return email as confirmation of your order with a delivery date. Within 10 days, the wine you have ordered will be delivered to your requested street destination. Easy! If you’d rather just talk to John about your wine choices, he’d love to chat with you, take your order, make some suggestions perhaps. After all, it's a passion of his too! Delivery

Delivery will be to your requested street destination. For the times you are not at home when delivery is being made, please fill out the “Special Delivery Instructions” field of the Order Form. Delivery is made by Australia Post, so if no special instructions are available, Australia Post will deliver your wines to your nearest Post Office and leave a package notice at your requested street destination.

The purchase of 5 cases of wine or more is FREIGHT FREE (to anywhere within Australia).
Freight to Newcastle and The Hunter Valley is FREE.
Freight fees for other destinations are as below:

Refunds/Returns

Wine is non-refundable once opened. We do not refund or credit for incorrect choice. Items that are being returned for credit must be unopened in their original undamaged packaging. No credit is available for any freight paid. No goods will be accepted for refund or credit after 7 days from the date of invoice.

Payment

When you submit your order, the order form is sent to Wine Supply via email. Wine Supply will contact you regarding your order and take your credit card details. Wine Supply takes Mastercard, Visa Card, Bankcard and AMEX.
