| Description: |
A fresh, fruit-driven, unwooded chardonnay wine style. Lifted tropical fruit is evident on the bouquet. The obvious melon and grapefruit characters of the chardonnay grape are found on the palate. A balanced flavour and acid give the wine a refreshing finish. |

Ideal with delicate, white-flesh seafood dishes. A must with Sydney rock oysters. |

| Description: |
A blend of two premium grape varieties. Deep red in colour, the purple hues indicate the youthful characteristics of the wine. The bouquet has an elegant grassy scent that is typical of a quality cabernet wine. The plum aromas of merlot will become more obvious as the wine develops in the bottle. The palate is full, dry and shows soft, silky tannins. The weight and balance of the mouth feel is appealing as is the smooth finish. |
| Food Combination: |
When young the wine combines well with the hearty flavours of country cooking. With 2-3 years bottle maturation, the wine will suit grilled red meat, roasts, game and aged cheeses. |
